3) Default collection mode is LOCAL NORMAL POST.
4) We DO NOT ship overseas.
5) Normal post fee is INCLUDED in price.
6) Pastel Goth reserves the right to cancel your order and greylist you if payment is not made within dateline.
7) Discounts WILL be given with bulk buys; let us know how much you are purchasing and we will let you know our price! Minimum for bulk buying is 3 for apparels and caps, 5 for accessories.

9) As most items are of costume jewelry nature, colour change is expected and refunds/exchange for this reason will not be entertained.
10) In the event that an item is out of stock and if there are no replacement order stated in the order form, Pastel Goth reserves the right to give a product of a different colour.
11) There will be NO cash refunds or exchanges. Do understand that Pastel Goth will not be held responsible in the event of a defected product.

Ans: Sorry, no we do not do meetups at all.
♡ Can I get a discount? I am interested in many items.
Ans: Yes, I will give you a decent discount if you spend a certain amount (will not be revealed).
♡ How can I get free registered postage?
Ans: Simply spend a minimum of $50 in one purchase! Combine orders with friends!
♡ Concealed cash?
Ans: By all means, but please take note that we are not responsible for the loss of your cash. Please also whatsapp me the video proof and mail it out within 3 days of order confirmation.
